The first step towards your perfect pool and landscape

DESIGN

Elite offers a complete design and construct service for your pool and landscape. Recommending the most appropriate location for your pool, we then create a landscape that reflects your lifestyle.

Our process

  • Undertake a site assessment.
  • Share initial ideas of what is achievable.
  • Consider spaces and their intended use.
  • Assess each unique site and the best use of the space.
  • Establish a design brief.

We undertake a site consultation to understand the location and setting of the area to be designed. We discuss your brief, provide some initial feedback, advise on any potential constraints, and help refine your requirements to achieve a design that will maximise the potential of your outdoor space. Following our initial meeting, we present you with a detailed design proposal that reflects the brief discussed and gives you an opportunity to add/change/remove any elements listed to ensure an accurate reflection of your requirements. Your proposal will also list the design deliverables and service inclusions.

  • Transfer the initial idea and conversation onto a plan.
  • Discuss potential pain points to allow the design to be refined further.

Our design team, with years of both domestic and international experience, then get to work on an initial pool and landscape concept to suit your brief and existing site conditions. We’ll then have a meeting with you to go through our initial ideas. This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and provide any immediate feedback to ensure the concept is headed in the direction you want. You’re also presented with a 2D drawing pack to help you visualise the concept and enabling you to mull over the ideas presented and offer any further feedback.

  • Refine the concept design.
  • Select appropriate materials and establish a planting palette.

Following confirmation of the amendments to your pool and landscape concept, the design team set about refining the design details, proposing materials, finishes, plants, and lighting. We take great care to select high quality options that suit your tastes and ensure they are fit for purpose. Once the developed design pack is completed, we meet with you again to go through the refined design and associated budget costings

  • Undertake Development Planning Consent for the project.
  • Secure engineering details to suit the project.
  • Finally submit for Building Rules Consent.

Once the developed design and contract value are confirmed, we will undertake Development Planning Consent on your behalf. Whilst we await approval, the design team source engineering reports and drawings for your project. These can then be swiftly submitted for Building Rules Consent once the development is approved.

  • Execute the design to bring your outdoor space to life.

With your design and material/plant selections finalised, we move on to the most exciting part – the build process. Our extensive knowledge in outdoor construction, decades of pool building experience, and commitment to the implementation of best building practices makes our construction team the best choice to construct your new pool and garden.
